AGM POSTPONED

Dear Members

The Trustees have met to discuss any potential risks and implications caused by the current Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19). In light of the information provided by Public Health England it is advised that vulnerable groups (those with underlying health conditions and in the older age category) take extra precautions to keep themselves safe and well. With this in mind we have decided to postpone the AGM until October.

The new date for the AGM is Thursday 29th October at The Queen Hotel, City Road, Chester, CH1 3AH.

All other HIP activities will run as usual but we will keep this under review and keep you informed.
