We announced a few weeks ago that local family business, Logistics_2020 have committed to supporting HIP with a 5% donation on every sale made. HIP is delighted to share with you that we have now received donations of over £600 which makes such a difference to us at this challenging time.
The Hayward family, ever enterprising, have also been fundraising amongst their local neighbours and community in Ellesmere Port and this has added another £60.
They understand, from their own experience, the challenges that our members face. Gary Hayward said "if you think the last few weeks have been hard and have a countdown to normality being able to go to shops or to a restaurant, imagine not having that to look forward to. Imagine this current situation being your norm and you are a little closer to knowing how hard it can be to have suffered an acquired brain injury. That's why we are pleased to be continuing to support this much needed charity and applaud all of the work that they do to reduce social isolation."
